I can't quite make out what this fella puts in his mouth, but it might as well be a pterodactyl nest. He possesses a very coveted oral ability which allows him to stretch his mouth out to ridiculous proportions. Do you remember that scene in Beetlejuice when the dead couple is practicing their scare tactics by pulling their lips over their heads?
